Fiona O'Donnell
Fiona is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategist, best known as the driving force behind WanderSafe's transformation from a personal safety concept into a globally recognized technology platform. Operating from Sydney, she has leveraged her extensive expertise in business development and strategic growth to guide the company through international expansion. Under her leadership, WanderSafe has forged key partnerships with major organizations, including Crime Stoppers International and Deloitte. Fiona's role encompasses steering the company's strategic vision, managing investor relations, and spearheading its entry into new markets worldwide.

Stephenie Rodriguez
Stephenie is the visionary and founder of WanderSafe. She designed and developed the first WanderSafe Beacon, and launched it with great success in 2018 at the largest duty-free trade show, TFWA. Her lived experience as an employee in facing a near-death experience on a business trip solidified her desire to democratise safety and assistance, that extend beyond the pages of company handbooks and into powerful tools that save lives. Acting as the Changemaker for The Global Fund, she helped raise $11.34b USD in funding at the G20 in Cape Town, South Africa in 2025. She is a passionate advocate for safety, equality and empowerment, she has evangelised the WanderSafe mission on global stages -- from the TODAY Show Australia and NBC Tech Trends to keynoting at the Women in Tech Summits, at the UN General Assembly in 2022, and sharing inclusive innovation for Microsoft, SAP, AMEX, and is part of the 100 Women of DAVOS. With a background in marketing and brand strategy, Stephenie leads WanderSafe's public presence, partnerships, and community initiatives including the #BeTheBeacon campaign and The WanderSafe Accord. Her vision is simple: every person deserves to feel safe, everywhere they go.

Paulo Taylor
Paulo is the architect of WanderSafe's technology stack. Based in Lisbon, he leads the engineering team responsible for the iOS and Android apps, the enterprise platform, and the JENI AI system. His expertise spans mobile development, cloud infrastructure, and real-time safety systems. From BLE beacon pairing to live GPS tracking, Paulo ensures that every line of code serves WanderSafe's mission of making personal safety accessible to everyone.
